Yukina gets settled close to Kojou’s apartment and continues to insist in keeping a close eye on Kojou.
While last episode was a good introductory setup for Strike the Blood Episode 2 did a fair job of giving off the mood of the series overall. It is not to say judge the series on the whole based on episodic reviews but with Episode 2 you can get a feel for the future of the series.
Its going to be a good one! Kojou’s sister Nagisa comes to visit and everyone ends up having a nice home cooked meal only to be interrupted by the chaos caused by a supernatural inspired explosion.
Kojou arrived to help but goes berserk. I’m actually extremely excited to know what happens next and the episode ended on the best part. What a cliffhanger and next Friday feels so far away.
The episode had good character development in regard to Yukina and Kojou’s relationship and seriously for watchers out there with the episodes so far it is fairly certain their blooming friendship may turn romantic. The animation continues to be another pleasant aspect so that is a bonus. Crunchyroll is streaming Strike the Blood Fridays at 2 pm (North America) if interested on catching up with it.
